Oops, didn't notice it was a very old post.
Refering to message 24, guy on a ladder over a stairwell:
How to live an exciting but short life! The guy "helping" him could at least be holding the feet of the ladder in place, instead of at a pivot point where he could actually assist the feet to slip outwards into the stair well.
