What to do with old window?
The house had an extension done by the previous owners. What used to be the back door to the backyard was turned into a door to a “rumpus room”.
There are many areas in this room that need fixing, but I’m curious to see if anyone has any ideas for the window they left behind.
it’s a very dark room, so I wouldn’t mind keeping some opening to let light in, but the window is gross. Thoughts? Or should we just plaster it up and call it a day?

Re: Suggestions: old window hole replacement
Hello @kikirock
In order to prevent the room from going totally dark, I suggest using Pillar 0.9 x 2m Embossed Frost Adhesive Window Film. You can apply it to both sides of the glass for full privacy but still allow light to pass through. The window is also a source of ventilation so I would suggest keeping it for these reasons.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How To Frost Glass
