The D - Tumbler Handle for 5 O'Clock Black is designed for use with the 5 O'Clock Stainless Vacuum Insulated Tumbler, which indicates its dimensions are 8.5cm (w - top), 7cm (w - bottom) x 17.5cm (h).
If the product you have mentioned has similar dimensions, you may be able to use it, but there is no guarantees it will fit.
If you wanted to be sure it would work, I'd suggest getting the 5 O'Clock Tumbler with this product.
