The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
Welcome to your Workshop. It is great to have you as a member of the community. We encourage you to say hello and introduce yourself.
Please reply to this post and tell us a bit about yourself. Whatever information you feel comfortable sharing is fine.
You might like to tell us about your current D.I.Y. and garden projects, your work, your passions, your hobbies, your dreams, what you struggle with, what you hope to learn from this community, and/or your favourite ice cream flavour.
And for something truly revealing about yourself - tell us what you call a barbecued sausage served on a single piece of bread.
We look forward to your post and getting to know you. Thanks for joining the discussion.

G'day Gary, welcome to the workshop!
I live in Birregurra, so we're almost neighbours ha-ha
Also love my family bbq's as we all get along real well but no time for footy, too much sport for me - PERIOD - but being a sheila is probably why ha-ha
I too love my garden, in fact just sold a kidney (only kidding) for a new zero turn mower to keep the little place in check, hope this mower lasts longer than the last.
Cheers,
Barbara
@Azz,
Hi Azz,
Welcome!!
Is your block bushland or do you have some livestock to keep the grass down?
Look forward to photo's of your projects as they're completed.
Cheers,
Barbara
Thank you! She's such a Bunnings baby lol
So happy to be part of the group. I am still trying to figure out how to do a post.
Looking forward to learning from you also. I will start sharing my projects to have your feedback on how to make it better, but I am still trying to figure out how to do a post
The easiest way to start a new discussion is to go into the board you want to post in (for example Interiors) then hit the red Start a discussion button on the top right corner of the page. You will then be prompted to enter a heading for your post, click on a label, and enter some text as the body of the message. You will also be able to add photos and even videos if you wish.
The Workshop help section about posting messages should also help guide you through. Or feel free to contact me anytime if you are stuck.
Thanks again for joining us.
Jason
Hello everyone!
I am predominately self-taught to do handy things like build a deck, install kitchen & laundry cabinetry, tile & grout, paint & stain, lay timber flooring, build jerky drying boxes, create basic furniture & shelving, general maitenance, gardening and so on. I grow some of the vegetables and most of the herbs used in my kitchen. I love to learn new skills and create new projects so I am very happy to join this community. I have renovated two houses so far, outside and inside, and only the bathrooms to go on the current dwelling.
A sausage in bread is something I would choose not to eat and avoid where possible. My daughter and husband love them!
Wow @handymum, you certainly live up to your username. I'm really looking forward to you sharing some of your projects, and your expertise. You'll find plenty of like-minded people in the community and I trust you will also find plenty of inspiration for your next project.
Welcome aboard and many thanks for saying hello. Please let me know if you need a hand getting the most from the site.

Just started and looking round.Hope this is the newbie page.
If not ah well I'm just a little kid.
Anyway, I have been a DIYer for more years than I care to think about.
Hooked on Triton when Triton was Ozie. Still remember the Inventors programme on the ABC when it was first introduced.
Live in the back blocks of Western Australia.
Well anyway that is me
