Hi
I am wondering what is the best way to fill a palm sized hole in an internal wooden door?
Would you use a foam filler with putty over it? Or should i cut out the broken pieces out
and fill the hole?
Doors will be painted after!
Hello @Matt_R
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your damaged door.
I suggest having a look at this discussion - How to repair a hole in this hollow internal door? by @beebee. This discussion pertains to door damage that closely resembles yours.
If the damage is not too severe, I propose trying to glue the edges of the damaged pieces using Selleys 130g Liquid Nails Ezi Press. Otherwise, the recommendation of using a filler such as Builders Bog will be your other repair alternative.
