How do i install ring battery doorbell plus on tiled walls

saw installation video for drilling into brick walls. Is it possible to use some kind of glue on tiles and stick it ?

You can drill into a tile with a tile drill bit and it's not much more difficult than drilling into brick. Here's a helpful step-by-step guide: How to drill into tiles.

Alternatively, you could look at heavy-duty exterior mounting tape. I would be hesitant to glue the doorbell to the wall. If it were to fail in the future, it would be difficult to remove it and return it under warranty.
