I have an old Lockwood digital lock (as photographed). It has been working for many years, but suddenly the code doesn’t work. Nothing has been changed, so I can’t understand why this has happened. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
Hello @Bronka
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your digital lock keypad.
Would you happen to know the model name/number of your Lockwood digital lock? This will help us track down its manual and perhaps there is a reset procedure for your keypad.
However, if you notice that the keys are getting stuck or that the switch is not functioning properly it might be time to consider replacing the whole unit. The new modern equivalent of your lock is the Lockwood 530 Digital DX Entrance Set. For ease of installation, I propose asking the team at special orders about the stores Door Lock Installation Service.

The lock came with the house and we don't have any information about it. I looked all over the lock and there is no model number or name on it.
If I can't fix it and do decide to replace it, is it difficult to replace myself? I really don't want to have to pay for a locksmith as well as the lock.
Hello @Bronka
If you've done lock replacement before or have experience with mechanical fixings it should be relatively straight forward to replace the lock. But you should also be prepared to hire a professional just in case the installation becomes too difficult.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How to change a door knob (some of the techniques used are applicable to your project)
