Hi, I would like to put a seal around a door with a 10mm gap. Will this fit or it will be too tight?

Hi @KC2
Using a 12mm seal on a 10mm gap might be just a bit too tight. But it all depends on where the gap is located. If the gap is between the door and the frame at the front and the seal is getting squeezed the answer is yes, you can use the seal. But if the seal is to be applied on top of the frame or door then the brushing action will peel the seal off.
If that's the case, I suggest placing the seal on a flat surface with some cardboard backing and trimming the seal with a very sharp Stanley knife or a very sharp pair of scissors. Take your time and make sure that your cut is nice and straight. It is better to cut a little bit off than to cut too much off. Make sure to do a test fit before removing the seal on the sticky back.
