Hi community,
I did a small DIY project recently to create address sign for my house and thought of sharing it with the community.
I used following materials for this project:
1 x Porta 90 x 12mm 1.2m DAR Tasmanian Oak Select as a base
1x Stain and varnish Black
1x Faux pearls plant from Kmart
Congratulations @sper, it looks fantastic.
Thanks so much for sharing, I'm sure it will inspire other members of the Workshop community to do something similar.

Hi @sper
That looks fantastic! I love the black accent around the frame, it really makes the entire frame pop out. Putting the faux pearl plants lends it a nice organic touch. Was there a moment in the project where you considered putting in space for a real live plant like a succulent?
Again, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful house sign project.
Eric

Nice job there - simple and stylish all in one👍
Lovely work @sper. Many thanks for sharing, and well done.
You've provided such detailed information that will be a great help to our community members.
We are interested in turning your project into a Featured Project article. Do you have any more pictures you could share?
It would also be great if you could share any other tips or lessons learned during your project that would assist others attempting similar projects.
Many thanks,
Wayne
