Hello 🙂 does this area of new build tin roof appear to look okay/ normal?
Hi @Bell_1986,
I'm not entirely sure why they've cut the sheeting and installed the flashing as such. If you are concerned, I'd suggest contacting a roofing specialist to assess the situation. Although I can't determine why the flashing has been installed like this, I do have concerns about the open hole next to the screw that's been moved down the bottom of your first image. That's likely something that needs to be fixed up.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Bell_1986
I'm not a roofer - but it looks very odd to me. They've even used silicone and pop rivets?
I think the screw Mitchell mentions has been tightened to the point where the rubber seal has been crushed and distorted - rather than an open hole.
Either way, agree with Mitchell - have it looked at.
Cheers!
Good eye, @Noyade. It could quite possibly be the rubber washer; it just looked perfectly round.
