1. D.I.Y. drinks cabinet using cube and hairpin legs by @diycollection
A terrific blend of style and functionality. Resourceful Workshop member Emily repurposed a basic cube and added a Pine moulding trim to create this stylish drinks cabinet. A set of hairpin legs add character to this statement piece, giving off a retro vibe.
2. Glass-fronted overhead laundry cupboards by @JoeAzza
A hit among the Workshop community, these laundry cabinets provide ample storage. Experienced contributor Joe also used Tasmanian Oaks and Broadline glass for a more elegant look.
3. Workbench cabinets for organising tools by @fhk56
Needing a home to store fasteners, fixings and other small tool parts, Frank expertly designed these custom timber storage units after obtaining inspiration from the Workshop community.
4. Upcycled antique display cabinet by @Stuardo
Stuart’s family heirloom makeover is a terrific example of how to modernise a dated cabinet. LED lights and a fresh coat of paint make for a more contemporary look, while new fittings help in keeping it functional.

In this stunning upcycle project, creative Workshop member KMP added a Tasmanian Oak top and removed the cabinet’s centre drawers to transform it into a sleek TV unit.

This budget-friendly mobile storage cabinet was built using repurposed wood from crates and pallets.

Featuring multi-sized drawers and cupboard spaces, this entertainment cabinet is not only a great storage solution, but also a striking piece of furniture. Creative Workshop member Judy used scrap pieces of timber and created an interesting effect by combining blocks of different colours, grains and knots.

Meg’s industrial-style barbecue cabinet is handy for those wanting a more organised and clutter-free area while they cook. She added a stainless-steel top from a food preparation bench to make the cabinet more functional.
