Re: how do i remove bore stains from exposed aggregate concrete driveway
Hello @jenneric
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about removing bore stains on your concrete driveway.
My first suggestion is to use cleaning vinegar mixed in equal parts in a large sprayer such as the Aqua Systems 2L Garden Pressure Sprayer. Spray the mixture on your driveway and let it sit for at least 20 minutes then scrub the surface with a bristle brush along with water and detergent. Rinse the surface with clean water and repeat the process if the stains persist.
The next method is to use CLR 750ml Ready To Use Calcium Lime Rust Remover. Since CLR is a much stronger product you don't have to wait too long in order for the product to activate. Let it sit for 2 minutes or longer for tough stains and then scrub the surface again with a bristle brush along with water and detergent. Rinse the surface with your garden hose and repeat the process for tougher areas.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
