Where to find union nut for Aqua Systems irrigation timer?

Hi, I have the Aqua Systems digital tap timer which controls the irrigation of my front yard. 

The union nut which joins the unit to the tap has broken. Can you please advise where I can find a replacement?

Hi @Db2 

Where  did you  buy the Aqua  system from   they should  keep or have access to parts  for there  products.

Or  Bring the union nut into bunnings and engage the plumbing  staff there  as to fix possibilities migth be the easiest.

Also Take a couple  pictures of where the union nut assembly attaches onto as there may be a new  way of  doing  things with other componets.

A photo with a  ruler in the photo will help staff guage fitting diameters if  possible.

I haven't found a perfect match, but in the plumbing section, as @Jewelleryrescue has mentioned, there are parts like this Brasshards 20mm Brass Threaded Hexagon Socket that may work for you.

I'd suggest bringing the irrigation timer in-store with you so you can test-fit them to confirm compatibility.

Thanks for the feedback. I should have mentioned that the current broken union nut fits onto a threaded pipe which is 40mm in diameter. 

the closest thing I have found is a replacement piece offered for the Holman range but I am not sure whether it’s a bespoke fit for the Holman unit. 

it seems like such a waste to replace the whole system for a tiny bit of plastic. 

I’ll do as suggested and bring the unit in to see whether there is anything the team can assist with.

There are more choices in the PVC Pressure Fittings that should work with the irrigation timer.
