Thank you for your question about sourcing structural beams.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any pine beams that come in those specific profiles. Were you looking to match an older, possibly hardwood beam?
I'd suggest the only beams you will find in a similar size will be LVLs which are an engineered timber product, where timber veneers are laminated together with extremely strong glue.
If they are being used to replace an existing beam on a balcony, you will need to confirm with a structural engineer their usability for your circumstances.
It is likely that the engineer will point you towards a specific size and type of LVL, which you can then take to your local Bunnings store's Trade Desk and speak to the team about ordering the specified LVL.
Two of Bunnings suppliers for LVLs are Dindas Australia and Wesbeam who have a variety of options you can look through.
