What concrete screws to attach gate to masonry?

what is the best concrete screw to use on attaching a driveway gate to masonary concrete wall

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is great to have you with us.

My preference when attaching anything to masonry is Ramset Ankascrews such as this Ramset 8 x 60mm Galvanised AnkaScrew Masonry Anchor. They come in a variety of lengths and thicknesses which offer a variety of holding powers. The general rule is that longer and thicker will hold stronger.

These Ankascrews require predrilling with a masonry. Check the back of the packaging for advice on the best size to use with your chosen Ankascrew.
