What are your Australia Day plans?

More than any other day on the Australian calendar, January 26 has become synonymous with picking up the tongs and having a barbecue. 

What are your Australia Day plans this year? Do you always have a barbie with friends or family? And what's on the menu this year?

40c in Adelaide so a feed of prawn salad looks to be on the menu.

@Jason it will be lamb all the way. Doing a shoulder, and possibly some ribs or shanks as well. 

Kids will probably get some chicken wings!

Looking forward to seeing some photos @MoonshineBen. Those lamb ribs look delicious! 

I am going to be painting tomorrow so aren't entertaining but will have to pop something on the barbie for the family. I might do a beef brisket or follow your lead with a lamb shoulder. My first jalepenos of the season look ready for picking so I might do some poppers, too.
