Can anyone tell me how and the name of the lock so as I can lock and unlock my gate from both sides easily.

https://www.bunnings.com.au/lokklatch-magnetic-gate-lock_p4150118 Not used it.
You could also use a pool gate latch but if the fence is high it can be difficult to unlock from both sides.
