I'd have to say without a doubt that they need to be replaced. Unfortunately, we are not talking about aesthetic damage here that can be repaired; it's structural in nature. More exploratory work needs to be done on your other posts to see if they are in the same condition, but there's nothing you can do to save the one in the second and third images, and the one in the fourth looks to be on the way out, too.
I'd encourage you to consider having them replaced as soon as possible as there doesn't appear to be much left of the posts to hold up the roof.

No, I don't, @JennyZ. You might like to use services such as hipages or Airtasker and have a few people provide quotes on the work. That way, you can determine the rate for such repairs.
