I have a 4 ft fence that the dog can jump over. Has anyone got an inexpensive fix to raise the height? I was thinking of a sheet of corrugated iron or palings attatched horizontally. Any tips?

Lattice is usually the go-to @elle, whether for dogs or intruders as its relatively flimsy so it can't usually be climbed. You can also grow climbers on it. Here's a couple of options, they just slide over the top of your existing fence so are very easy:

Fence extensions are another option - https://www.bunnings.com.au/search/products?q=fence%20extension&facets=BrandName%3DMatrix
They were last discussed here - https://www.workshop.com.au/t5/Outdoor/Matrix-Fence-Extensions-Bunnings-to-paling-fence/m-p/19648
