Outdoor cooler Coffee Table

Outdoor cooler Coffee Table

I needed an outdoor coffee table.  I also wanted it multi purpose so I combined a cooler insert with a coffee table.  The cooler section is covered over when not in use.

Materials

I used cedar (recycled from an old verandah) for the top and pine legs.  All assembled with the help of a Kreg jig and finished off with Jarrah stain and satin outdoor clear finish.  The cooler insert is just a rectangle planter.

Tools

Kreg jig

Planer thicknesser

Drill

Drop saw

Re: Outdoor cooler Coffee Table

What a fantastic job you've done @WoodenGregsWood! It's such a clever and functional design, combining both a stylish table and a cooler in one piece. The use of recycled cedar gives it a great rustic look, and the finishing touches with the Jarrah stain really add a beautiful depth to the wood. It’s great to see how you’ve created something that’s not only practical but looks great in your outdoor space as well.

Well done!

Mitchell
