Need tool recommendations for DIY work and garden

2) Also please suggest tools and good solid lawn mover for my backyard 8m x 11m

For the tools, I'd stick in the same Ryobi 18V system and pickup a drill driver and palm sander, then take a look at the vast range of Ryobi One Plus tools to see if anything else might be of use.
