There is no instructions as to what size bolts I need for these.   Anywhere.

Any advice.  I am attaching them to concrete

The installation guide is located in the details section of the product page. You need to navigate to the ProtectorAl webpage to find the exact fixings needed. I'll add an image below for the Slimline Minipost.

For concrete, Ramset 10 x 125mm DynaBolt Plus Hex Nut Masonry Anchors would be the correct product to use, or you could use Ramset 12 x 150mm Galvanised AnkaScrew Masonry Anchors.
