How to stop rising damp in bricks?

Hi, The foundations around front of house and garage internal & external brick walls 3-400mm from ground has been deteriorating for many years & now getting worse, the house is on unlevel block so all the lower parts of wall around front of house & in garage have rising damp, after doing research, i will try DYI , but what is the SILICONE i need to inject through drilled holes & what is the procedure ?, does Bunnings sell this SILICONE ? regards Graeme

Re: silicone for rising damp in bricks

Hello @graeme5

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about rising damp in your brick walls.

Would it be possible for you to post a few pictures of the damage you are referring to? This will give our members a chance to assess the condition of your walls. We can then make recommendations on how to proceed.

If you need a hand posting the photos, please let me know.

Eric
