We do not provide a service for re-installing cords on umbrella, but I trust our members will do their best to assist if you can provide some images of the umbrella. Let me know if you need a hand uploading them.
I did not find any Kleva umbrellas in our range, so it would be best to contact the supplier to see if there are any instructions on replacing the cord. If this were an umbrella you had purchased from us I'd be more than happy to do so for you.
If you were looking for someone to re-thread the cord, you could consider using services like Airtasker or Hipages.
