How to remove penetrating sealer picture framing from travertine pavers?
Hi,
I recently sealed my travertine pavers with the Crommelin Natural Finish Penetrating Sealer and Water Repellent. I thought the pavers were dry but their must have been moisture underneath the pavers when applying the sealer.
I now have picture framing stains on my pavers, is there anything I can do to fix the issue. It's been a week since sealing.
Thanks, Sarah

Re: How to remove penetrating sealer picture framing from travertine pavers?
Hello @sarah860
I'm sure you've seen the recommendation made in this discussion - How to remove penetrating sealer picture framing from granite by @crhoward99. The recommendation made is to wait a couple of weeks, as there is a chance that this issue might resolve itself. If not, try the Crommelin 1L DiamondCoat Clean N Prep on a test area to judge its effectiveness. If successful, move on to the rest of your pavers. After completion, allowing the pavers and sand to completely dry out before recoating entirely is important.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
