Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your brick pavers.
Your pavers are still in very good condition; however, the grout has definitely seen better days. I suggest removing the old paving grout and re-grouting the pavers. This will give it a fresh new look and will prevent water from settling into the paving base. If the paving base is compromised your pavers will begin to move and it will then be necessary to take them off and fix the base, then re-paving the entire area. I propose using Dunlop 15kg Mid Grey Wide Joint Grout to grout the paving gaps.
