How to move my garden daybed around easily on the grass?

Hi, I bought a massive daybed (3m long in total) with a steel frame that I picture myself enjoying out in the shade on the lawn... with the only issue being it's got to be moved so the grass can be mowed & not too damaged.

The frame is steel with plastic wicker outer, I thought we could add wheels or put it on a flatbed with wheels of some sort. 

My partner estimates it weighs about 20kg. It feels too heavy and bulky for me to move without just dragging it and wrecking the underside.

The underside measurements are 1200 x 800

Would it be doable to add axels and wheels or am I making it too hard? (this is what I usually do, make it harder than it needs to be)

UPDATE

Hi guys, thanks again for your suggestions.

Ruled out the trolley due to the round shape of the bed.

Followed @DIYGnome advice and cable tied the garden edging to the base. A few busted so I made sure to tie them all in a longways direction, and that worked.

also we experimented with my original plan to suspend it from a tree, using ratchet tie down straps. It worked out well but I’m still working out a few more ideas that might be a bit cheaper.
