How to fix loose synthetic turf?

Hi,

I have synthetic turf in my backyard. The issue is that it has started sagging and became lose. Secondly there are some holes under the turf. Need your help in fixing this issue.

This is not irrigation pipe. I bought this and was like this its been 6 months and its like this so not sure its the pipe or was made like this for water drainage. The area is small that has sunken

Fair enough, @airtel12. Just from your image, it looks like a large area is far lower than the surrounding area, as I've highlighted in the image below.

The image above doesn't really show any pipe clearly. Could you brush back some of the soil so we can see it? It's important for us to positively identify what it is before we can offer advice.
