As we all know we are leading into Christmas and l'm looking at the best way, with correct product, to clean my outback patio
Hi @eagal_one,
A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
I imagine the manufacturer will have a maintenance guide detailing the best methods for cleaning and maintaining your patio.
To get your patio ready for Christmas, I'd suggest using a mild non-abrasive surface cleaning detergent such as Gerni All Purpose Detergent. Mix the detergent with clean water at a 1:10 ratio, 1 being detergent, and 10 being water.
You can then use a soft mop such as this Sabco Rinse n’ Wring Gen 2 Microfibre Mop to apply the soapy water and clean off any dirt or grime before washing it off with clean water.
Pressure cleaning may also be an option, but it would be best to confirm with the manufacturer to ensure no damage is caused to the paint or the panels themself.
If you have a concrete slab or pavers beneath the patio, a pressure cleaner with a surface cleaning attachment such as this Karcher K3 Pressure Washer or this Gerni 3600 Pressure Washer will be a good option. Check out How To Deep Clean Outdoor Pavers, Concrete, Tiles and Decking for some guidance.
Let me know what you think and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
