How to build timber handrail for outdoor steps?

we need to build some handrails for these outdoor steps. Looking for any tips and ideas.

I suggest having a look at this discussion - How to build an outdoor stair handrail? by @julian27845. You'll find in the discussion a very good description of how to build an outdoor stair handrail. But before you begin, I suggest checking your local council's rules and regulations in regards to the construction details of the handrail. I'm quite sure that there will be rules about how high it should be and how far apart the balustrades need to be from one another.
