What an amazing project you've put together there; it looks sensational. I trust our members will be excited to hear all about the steps you took in its construction. I love the bench seat and matching planter; they're both great touches. Did you run into any unexpected difficulties or have any particular successes?
With skills like these, I'm sure you'll fit in perfectly with all our other amazing D.I.Y. enthusiasts. Please shout out anytime you need assistance with a project or have something to share with the community. I'll be looking forward to seeing what you tackle next.

Sorry, @gupta, I've misread your question. It appears that you're keen to create something like this. Do you need some assistance? If so, please let us know any questions you might have and tell us a little more about the situation. Also, have a read through these articles on How to build a low-level deck and How to build a deck. I'm sure they will give you a great idea of how you can build a similar deck yourself.
You might like to start the process by taking some pictures of the area for your deck and letting us know the size of the area.
