How to attach bird spikes when there is a barrier in the way?
I am trying to put bird spikes on top of a fence, except there is a lattice in the way, right in front of the fence (in fact, attached to it), that reaches, about 60cm higher than the fence. I went on a ladder and can't physically reach past the lattice to the top of the fence to nail in the spikes - https://www.bunnings.com.au/whites-600mm-anti-bird-pest-control-spike_p3041146.
Going to my neighbours side to mount it also out of the question.
Any ideas?

Re: How to attach bird spikes when there is a barrier in the way?
Thanks for giving us the details of your ongoing project. Would it be possible for you to post a picture of the fence and lattice? This will give us a better idea of your mounting situation. We can then make recommendations on how to attach the bird spikes. Bird spikes need to be fixed to a flat surface, but you can also use zip-ties to mount them horizontally.
We look forward to seeing the photos.
