How to apply silicone sealant to gaps around window frames?
Hi Community,
A leak detection specialist has advised that they observed elevated moisture readings in the wall directly beneath two of our windows, and suspected that rain water may have come through these gaps between the brickwall and the window frame over time. They suggested that we apply silicone sealant to these gaps.
May I ask whether silicone sealant or new grout should be applied to these gaps, and which silicone would be best to use for this job?
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @huongtrinh. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about sealing a gap.
I'd recommend you use Sikaflex 11FC to fill the gap. It's like silicone but far better and more weather-resistant. Dig out any loose material before you fill the area and ensure no gaps are left.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
