How do i fill a clothes hoist hole with concrete?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Albundy22. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about filling a hole.
You might like to post an image of the hole so our members have a better idea of what you're working with. Let me know if you need a hand uploading a picture.
Was there any reason why using standard concrete wouldn't adequately fill the hole for you, or are there any particular questions you had about the process? I imagine it would just be a case of mixing up a batch of concrete and pouring it into the hole.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
I was not sure if I needed to use concrete to fill the concrete hole when I removed the clothes hoist or would I need to use an expansion filler.
Thanks
Hi @Albundy22
While we are waiting for your photos, is there a hoist sleeve imbedded in the concrete base or is it just a plain hole with no other fittings in it?
Eric
No it is a empty hole
Hi @Albundy22
If it is just a plain hole in concrete, there should be no issue in using concrete to fill and patch the hole. But it would definitely help if we could see what it looks like.
