Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @scott76. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about cutting PVC pipe.
We don't have a pipe-cutting service in-store. However, if you need to fit a longer length in your vehicle, we'll typically be able to cut it down for transport purposes. Cutting pipe length-wise would pose a bit of an issue. You could use a handsaw to do this, but it might take some time, depending on the length required.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Afternoon @scott76
If you have a circular saw you could still use it to cut lengthwise. (I would make up a jig that has the pipe wedged between two lengths of screwed timber, that way it wont want to twist out ofthe way)
Or post some pics and we could maybe come up with a work around for stopping a climbing dog
You could also cut a long length into shorter lengths and then cut them in half.
