I decided to update my alfresco and decking area last week.
I bought the Marquee Harbour outdoor loveseats, Calbots decking paint, Marquee bar chairs, Stick Wall panels and plants from Bunnings.
I converted my red brick and merbu decking to cooler grey tones and a relaxed atmosphere.
Love my semi-finished alfresco.

Hello @NickiM
What an amazing transformation from a traditional red brick-coloured alfresco to a relaxing cool grey look. Changing the wall colours really brought it all together. Had you left it with a red brick finish its colour would have been overpowering. The addition of the patterned grey rug provides a nice contrast to the cool grey finish. How long did the revamp take overall?
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful alfresco makeover.
Eric
Thanks @EricL
Overall, it took 5 days doing it by myself. The cleaning and repainting of the deck was easy, along with repainting the ceiling. Putting the Harbour furniture together was simple too. The wall panels however took the longest, as each piece was measured and cut with a Stanley knife (wish I had a tile cutter or small hand-held electric rotary saw)
Well done @NickiM and many thanks for sharing your great work.
Looking forward to seeing what you tackle next.
