Can you remove this with just a shovel and rotrary drill?

Wondering how deep is the concrete base, will that be too heavy for two men to lift it up in bare hand after using shovel to take out the soil around it ?

We got rotrary drill , shovel and spade

Hi @ivanptr 

Just in case your excavator guy has no experiance pulling pole with a machine.

Wrap the pole low to the  ground.  You might need to dig around the  pole and wrap onto the concrete base for grip.
