this is our existing pizza oven bought from Bunnings quite a few years ago. As it works fine, my question is can it be mortared to look like this:

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your pizza oven.
I don't recommend covering or modifying the structure of your pizza oven. It's been designed to work with its current wall thickness and material. Adding mortar and bricks to its outer shell will change its operating temperature and will have unforeseen effects to its structure and the way it works. If you were thinking of building a new oven, I suggest having a look at the Tusk Living La Famiglia Woodfire Pizza Oven Kit. This oven kit will need to be ordered from the special orders desk.
