The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
The project was to redesign a modern backyard maximising the open space and creating a space for entertaining.
Fence replacement & Hedge planting
We removed the old pavers (dirt section), cleaned the whole are and had the old timber fence replaced with a new fence.
We also planted some Silver Sheen hedging plants and the Magnolia Teddy Bear tree early on.
Fibre cement & Weatherboard panels
We then added some structural timber to the fence to be able to fix some fibre cement sheets and weather board sheets.
Fence rendering and painting
We then applied some textured render paint to give the flat sheets some texture and painted the bottom section in ironbark to avoid dirt showing.
Turf laying
We then took out the old lawn and weeds and layed down some Sir Walter Buffalo turf. It took a while to settle in but eventually got there.
Wall, window frame, gutter, fascia and eaves painting
We finally painted the red walls and the green window frames using a spray gun and spray cans.
Deck construction
We then built the deck.

Hi @Sansosale. thank you kindly.
The link @MitchellMc provided has most of the details for the install as well as the James Hardie links. Once you've got it framed up as I did, it's reflectively easy to put them up.
Wow!! An amazing transformation - great work!
Can i ask which textured render paint did you use?
Also, with your lovely outdoor furniture do you have covers for when it rains to put over it?
Hello @martyjames
Let me tag @diy_hausdesigns to make them aware of your questions. In the meantime, I suggest having a look at the discussion on the project: How to install weatherboard fencing. They did mention that they used a Dulux product. It could be the Dunlop 12.5L Render Texture Coat - Colorbond Dune, but let's wait for confirmation.
In regards to the furniture cover, I suggest having a look at the MOJO 190 x 70 x 90cm Ultimate Outdoor Daybed Or Lounge Furniture Cover.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

I used the Dunlop textured paint. https://www.bunnings.com.au/dunlop-12-5l-render-texture-coat-colorbond-dune_p0760579
I used to have covers but unfortunately lost it last time we moved 😞
All the best and reach out if you need any help.
