Oh can't wait to see what you put up for us to see. I have to say I was surprised at how flimsy Caravans are inside the walls.
Fantastic @Rex2ce. We love a good caravan reno project here in the Workshop community! We are looking forward to seeing how it progresses.
Is this your first caravan reno?

Welcome to Workshop,
Jason
First serious Reno Jason, plenty of repainting done in the past
This Millard has aluminium wall frame, timber rafters and a timber top plate with rafters screwed in then plate nailed through top of alloy wall, part of the timber top plate is non existent due to rot, so about to remove top wall panel for access to repair timber
I was a little gobsmacked when I took the panelling off mine to find no framing across the front or back lower half, I've since added some.
Looking forward to following this as well. Keep an eye out for your build date written on the back of a plywood panel around your front window, I found 16.2.77 in my 15ft '77 Millard.
Will be looking to reno 1970 caravan great to get ideas havent started yet .
Not much of the top plate left, plus couple rafters rotted on that sid
