Action plan for deck table

Hi everyone I have an old dinning room table that I cut the legs down and turned it into coffee table that out on the deck, see attached image. Can someone inform me the best way to restore it. It does get a lot late afternoon sunlight and also condensation during winter. Cheers

What is the table made from?
