What types of screws to use to hang this frame?

Hello,

I want to hang this frame up, it's got 2 sawtooth hangers at the back and I'm not sure what screws/anchors I need to hang it up. It weighs 2.78kg.

Would be greatly appreciated if someone can assist.

Thanks for sharing your question about hanging your picture frame. If you have a plasterboard wall, I suggest using Ramset 6 x 38mm Universal Anchor - 6 Pack. But if the head of the screw is too big, I suggest using Everhang 20kg Heavy Duty Solid Wall Picture Hanging Hooks in combination with the screws. The hooks end can be tapped with a hammer so that it takes on a more vertical profile which can make it easier to hang the picture frame.

If you have a masonry wall, I suggest using the STAHL Masonry Kit 7mm Drill With 50mm Green Wall Plugs.

Thanks Eric for the recommendations, it's very helpful. 

Sorry just a question, how can I tell what type of wall it is? The wall feels quite strong like it can't be easily wrecked but I've seen a wall switch being installed once in another room and the inside of the wall was only about 10cm thick and then everything else was hollow like there was no brick etc. Not sure if it'll be any help but I'll attach a photo of the wall.

If it is a hollow plasterboard wall you can use the Ramset 6 x 38mm Universal Anchor - 6 Pack. But as I mentioned, if the head of the screw is too big for the saw tooth hook, I suggest using the Everhang 20kg Heavy Duty Solid Wall Picture Hanging Hooks in combination with the screws.
