Hi all,
Hoping for some guidance regarding installing sliding wardrobe doors.
My plan is to install double wardrobe sliding doors, to replace existing hinged doors
My questions:
Sliding rail system:

Wheel cutout instructions

Possible door?
Wheel cutout instructions
Door rail specs for most Hume doors.
Desired end result (plain doors in my case):
Hello @david01
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's a pleasure to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about installing sliding wardrobe doors.
I've just been in contact with the Cowdroy technical department and they recommend that when you cut the holes for the roller sheaves to be very precise. The roller wings are actually the ones holding the door, so it's vital that the cut be as straight and square as possible. Hume does offer plain wardrobe doors, but they do have their own set called Smartrobe.
In order to get a straight cut into the door, I suggest using a multitool with a plunge-cutting blade. Please keep in mind to keep the tool level so that you'll not be cutting at an angle.
Let me call on our experienced members @ProjectPete and @diy_hausdesigns for their recommendations.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
