Your floor looks varnished maybe you can strip this back and find the timber is ok and simply re varnish again.
Failing this sanding is timber is only option.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about removing the water stain on your floor.
I propose using Cabot's 1L Floor Clean on your floor in combination with Oates Massive Four Post Squeeze Mop. Perhaps it is imbedded stains that need to be deep cleaned. Once you've applied the cleaner make sure that it is totally dry before applying Cabot's 1L Floor Polish.
However, if the stains remain on the floor, then odds are the clear coating has been damaged and your only choice is to sand the floor back to timber and re-apply the sealer.
Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your floor. Please make sure to follow all the safety guidelines printed at the back of the bottle.
