How to fix these misaligned drawers?

I painted these drawers and once they were painted it showed that the drawers were misaligned. Any suggestions for a quick fix ?

I presume you have already worked it out, but to clarify, the area I've marked below is where you'll place the Moroday 5m White Iron-on Melamine Edge. You can apply the edging on top of the runner, or you could move the runner up slightly to accommodate for the slant of the drawer front.
