How to fix a bump in the floor?

Hello, the community.

I discovered this floor bump (seen in the photo) after removing the carpet and underlay. Do you know how to get rid of that? This is preventing me from doing hybrid vinyl flooring the way I want to.

After grinding/sanding the floor wood to level as much as can (look at the recent pictures). I used underlay which made the floor even and gave space to level the floor then I did the Hybrid Vinyl flooring. It is time-consuming but good to save a lot with learning.
