How to add shelving to existing wardrobes?

Hey
I have basic walk-in wardrobes that came with the house. How do I add shelving to it as currently, all the space is for hanging?20240901_180400.jpg  20240901_180427.jpg  20240901_180433.jpg

Re: How to add shelving to existing wardrobes?

Hi @rahatsaini,

You can use melamine-covered particle board to create new shelving. This new shelving will need to be supported in the middle with lengths of 42 x 42mm Pine between each shelf. You'll also need to attach lengths of 42 x 19mm Pine to the walls to support the edges of the sheets.

Small mending plates can be used to connect the shelves together.

If constructing the shelving from scratch seems a bit much, you might like to check out our fantastic range of wardrobe shelving that can be inserted into the space.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Mitchell
