Thank you so much @Andy_Mann. This will be the first piece of furniture we will be selling. We are also working on an outdoor table from recycled timber. I'll post a pic when it's done!!

Hi @Helen. I used a biscuit joiner and biscuits to join the top. The hard wax oil is a new product I've started using. It looks like a varnish, but is made for mostly natural products. Here's some info.

Thanks for info,'biscuits better than dowel'. Next time I am in Bunnings will look for hard wax oil. Am learning so much!
