Buffet makeover
$30 on Marketplace! Lived outside for two years, full of mud wasp nests, water damage. I could still see her potential.
Stripped, sanded and sealed I knew she was pretty!. Handles made using dowel from Bunnings also.

Re: Buffet makeover
Another wonderful transformation @jodi1.
How long did the buffet take to sand back? What were some of the lessons learned during this project that you could share with the community?

Re: Buffet makeover
Thank you Jason ☺️
I stripped this piece first, then sanded. It took a good full day to sand this back. Starting with 60grit and ending with 220. I kept the sawdust to create my own filler to fix the water damaged areas on the top.
My lesson learned is to take my time and don’t rush.
