Best spray-on clear coat for painting cot

Hi, I’ve just finished painting my daughters cot and I’m trying to find the best spray on clear coat for her cot any recommendations as it needs to have no VOCs in it please and I’m struggling to get a reply from anyone

I am not sure that a product exists like that in a spray can.

I am not aware of any Zero-VOC clear coats in a spray can or paintable form. What type of paint have you used on the cot, and does it need a clear coat?
